Currently, I am a personal trainer and coach who is passionate about fitness and how it can transform your life.
Growing up, I’ve always been an athlete. I was a competitive gymnast for 15 years and eventually began doing Olympic style weightlifting. Always thwarted by injuries I fell in LOVE with fitness. Learning how to lift and move properly gave me a new found respect for the gym. After spending three and a half years at Lindenwood University, I graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. I attended Lindenwood on a weightlifting scholarship, earning two national team championships.
At age 14 I had my first of 4 major surgeries due to sports injuries. My activity level quickly became sedentary. I went from being happy, healthy, and fit to overweight, sad, and depressed. I never had to deal with weight gain and I had no idea what eating healthy looked like. For the next four years I had lost all my confidence and struggled with negative body image.
With the intention of finding my confidence, transforming my physique, and changing my own body image, I turned to fitness.
In college, I truly fell in love with my passion of Olympic weightlifting. I learned discipline, dedication, and independence. It helped me find my confidence again.

My beliefs start with your mindset. You must believe it before you can achieve it. Failure breeds success; therefore, never be afraid to fail. If you are going to fail, fail hard. Strength is built by starting with the foundations. I incorporate functional movement patterns into all of my training. My biggest passion is helping others. I love being able to help others experience their potential, see their worth, and push past barriers one never thought possible.
My personal trainer saved my life. I was headed down a dark path. She taught me how to lift, eat, and live an overall healthy life. I am dedicated to giving the gift of healthy living to others, just like my personal trainer once gave me.
